Overview

     Combination is software that manages student data and locker data at a school location.  Students are assigned to lockers manually or systematically.  System assignment is based on student grade level, group affiliation, or student requests for locker sharing.  System assignments maybe altered by the operator as needed or required.  Student information and locker information is readily available and easy to find.

     Additional features are:  student fines and payment management, changing locker grade assignments with or without students, changing student grade assignments, student and locker reports, initial import of student and locker combination data, easy locker record creation, a calculator, and a date calendar.

     Management of student parking permits tracking of out-of-boundary students, and maintaining state reading, mathematics, and writing test scores are also important features and tools of this program.  However, they are not part of the basic system setup.   These features are explained and covered in the User Guide.  This guide will assist in getting the data environment prepared to manage students and assigned lockers.  Once accomplished, the other management tools can be implemented.

Open the program

    If the Combination Icon is visible on the desktop, click on it to start the program.   Otherwise, click on Start, Programs,  Combination group, Combination 2.7 in the desktop menu system.  Once the program is open, login in as the Administrator.  Enter “admin” into the User Name Field and, “master” in the password field.  Click on Login.”  Three incorrect entries will cause the program to terminate.   A successful login will display the Locker screen.
