Reading, mathematics, and writing test scores are added and maintained in this window. In the lower left hand corner, Minimum Passing Scores are entered. This information is used to produce the Pass and Non-Pass reports Student test scores are displayed by student. Double clicking on the highlighted student test record will quickly move focus to the Student information. From the Student tab, clicking on the Score button will return to the Scores tab. Reports printed by Student, Non-Pass, and Pass . A notification letter, informing students of non-passing scores can be printed by selecting the Notification report option. In preparation for a new school year, all student records may be removed from this screen by clicking the Delete button. |
